This Was Really Good!

But I want MOAR levels!
Because your weapons can gets strong!
It's almost like a stripped down version Radiant Silvergun in the way you have 3 basic weapons that can be combined mid gameplay, only you only move left or right.
Oh, and Fail-Safe ftw!

This Is A Pretty Ho-Hum Nothing Game...

All you do is try to find certain items masterfully shooped into a still picture and click on them to collect them. There is no material of rewarding nature for doing these "treasure hunts."

But hey, nice music!

How Does I Play Arcade Game?

Seriously, how do I use that arcade cabinet atop that high steeple?

Spot The Differences... And Spot Something More.

To put it simple, this game is rather well, simplistic. It has the same gameplay of those newspaper activities for youngsters. The same kind of activities that we end up outgrowing, or at least, only do when we don't have our Gameboys. But the main draw is not the gameplay per se, but the story wonderfully illustrated by what could only be a master in the craft drawing and painting. I found myself playing to the end just to see more of the artwork. The story on the other hand, takes quite a surprisingly dark turn halfway through. Even if it seemed like there wasn't much to it. So yeah, I recommend this.

Fun Game With Ugly Undead Graphics.

The whole "Defend Your Base" genre is very tried and true. Right to the point where leveling up your base and weaponry all the while taking down legions of enemies never seems to get old.
Some of the gameplay elements in this are actually pretty creative for the most part. I mean that whole thing about shooting your enemies in their hearts to turn into zombies thing.
If there is anything that's pulling this game down, it is the horrible graphics.

I Find It Pretty Ironic...

Because this game, which is shooting crap flash, is a crappy flash itself!
Graphics are pretty uninspired and hardly any sound...
On the upside, it IS pretty self aware. Plus, it takes at least some effort to get action script to work properly. So I voted a 2.
Overall, it's pretty bland, and maybe a little hypocritical... But crap flash deserves to die.

yes, this is a crap!!!,

but, i haved this idea and.....

you know the rest xD

Highly Recomended For Medal Hounds..

There's certainly hours and hours of gameplay to be had in this game! Why read a book or improve your IRL stats when you can try to attempt click a button 1000 times and faster than 3 cpu opponents doing it? Why waste your time writing an NG flash review when you can wate your time holding the "k" key down for an hour? Or retyping a loooooooong string of text quickly? How about staring at a blank screen for 14 hours? Are you willing to spend a couple days returning to your computer daily to punch in a punch code every four hours daily in hope of obtaining a measly medal? Well this is the game for you! And boy! How I wonder what the world will think of you if you get all 6 medals!

So anyway, my congrats goes to Luka for an outstanding achievement in game design. Never before have I seen and played a game dedicated to torturing gamers since Sonic the Hedgehog '06.

If Beat Takeshi were alive today, he would be so proud of you!

Interesting... But...

You sure this works?

BlueOrbit responds:

Well... it depends on the person.

Why Did Hit The Spikes Again?!

This is perhaps one the best I've seen in a long time. Sometimes I forget that I'm playing a flash game, and I start to feel I'm playing an underrated classic computer game from 1990. I love the music, very classic with a heroic feel. Very very well orchestrated and epic. Is it original by the way? Anyway, there seems to be an attempt at story too. This draconian space pirate has potential, he seems like a bad ass. So his music fits him quite well. This game is like classic NES Mega Man and a little Metroid for good measure. I wish this series good luck.

Pseudolonewolf responds:

The music was composed by myself specifically for this game... So I'm glad that people like it!

A World Without Color...

I think that MAD magazine once stated in a special valentines edition of Spy vs. Spy that the creator, Antonio Prohias was going to prove that "Truth is not all black and white, but merely shades of Gray..." Anyway, the valentines comic strips featured a female gray spy who would always trump both the black spy and the white spy while stealing their hearts through deception. Enough about that though, this game, was simple in design yet effective in message.

Let me recount my experience... I begin the game as a black figure within a mob of white figures. They push me and push me. I am instructed to converse with one of them using the space bar. So I do. Doing so brings up a speech bubble and a simple timed mini game. Suceeding in the mini game converts the other person to my shade, my value, my ideal. As I converse with more people, I eventually turn the whole mob into my value, black. After convincing everyone that "Black is back!", I then go in the opposite direction, and then I turn white! So I once again try to convince and convert the black mob into my tint, my value, my ideal. After convincing everyone that "White is right!", I then go in the opposite direction, and then I turn black. I that this point, I felt that would go on and on with no objective being met. Like one of those arcade games where the objective is survival, not rescuing a princess and receiving a "congratulation" message. The kind of game that I call a "points" game, because the objective is collecting points. Only there were no points to collect in this game, almost making me feel as if this was "pointless." Then I remembered and referred back to the author comments: "We ask that you be patient while playing through it and try your best to finish it. Also, if you have an interpretation and so on, please share in a review." So I still go on and notice something interesting... The minigame is now slightly harder, but I only have to convince a few people to turn the entire mob to one uniform color. So turning the mob arround becomes faster. Then around the fourth(fifth?) turnabout, something weird happens... I turn gray! So now I try to convince both people of my new value, my new pragmatic maxim...And I'm ineffective... Apparently I can not effect either side, as if I'm transparent to those who see the world in only black & white. I then notice that I blend rather well into the gray background. As more and more people come I can hardly see myself. Then I disappear forever in the seas of black and white. Overall, this is a game so simple yet so ambitious that it could turn the regular postmodern objectivist philosopher upside down.

Abuse it for good, never for evil.
