A Slightly Broken Prototype.

This entry is about a stick and his hapless fate of being slave to the pencil. There was a similar movie here with a similar theme. "Animator v.s Animation" has been done in those Bugs Bunny cartoons as well. I see a little bit of creativity in this movie. However, that preloader is only good for annoying people and suggest you change it. Also, I ask the author to find some better and less repetitive tracks because I don't know how many times I listened to that same old drum beat over and over. Keep drawing, and improve your art stye. It is also important to think about the physics of falling objects because the reactions of gravity in this film felt way too slow and unrealistic.

An Amusing Look on Excessive Tweening.

It starts out with a hand drawn furry dancer dancing to some fancy raver pop. Then suddenly, the announcer denounces the creation of such "low quality" painstaking hand drawn animations. He then brings us into the world of "High Quality", Quickly drawn tween models and automatic animation. Now we see the furry has overwent a tween makeover and is much more anatomically incorrect then before. Then comes the tween flash cliche's like "looking at random objects and kicking soccer balls". Overall, a good satire on those who follow the footsteps of Lendary Frog and Weebl.

Insanely Overlooked, and Underlooked.

The author shows some talent with a bunch of strange duck monsters and a couple heads synching along to a natural jungle kind of song from Pink Floyd. Each of the "woo hoos" and the "quack quacks" were justified. Then we see a piano being played in live action. However, this thing is too short and it needs to be enlengthed in order to be a proper music video.

Hand Drawn Animation and Morphing Figures.

We got some great abstract artwork in here. Framerate is very fluid, and figures seem to pass through many transformations and smooth juxtopositions. This kind of technique is similar to to the animations in the Pink Floyd movie, "The Wall". Very fabulous abstractions by the way. I can't seem to decide what figure amuses me more, the faucet man grave? Or is it the fusing face of the alien businessman?

Mighty Fine Actionscripting.

I think what you have here is the proto-type for the hardest hardcore boss-battle. So much colorful fire-works here. Those particle sprites look so small, but they let loose powerful supernovas of raver-esque proportions. If this was in an actual side-scrolling action platformer, I would not even last a second. In other words, if I was Mega Man, I would be oiling my spandex at site of these firey neon faeries.

Sorta Like Mr. Fox.

The author did swell job replicating early animation in this film. From character design, to music, to graphics, this film looks, feels, and sounds like a silent-era cartoon of the likes of Steamboat Willie.

Pretty Cool.

You know what would be pretty neat? I f that dot fly bit someone, and that someone turned into a roto-scoped zombie person due to the bite. Then it be cool if that person spent the rest of the movie accidently infecting others with his roto-scope illness in the search for a cure to his condition. Anyway, I like how that dot buzzes around the people, and how the people interact with it. Overall, great fx!

umm... no... thanks for the idea but its a bit crazy...

Great Work! As Good as NG's Favorite Clay Artist!

In summary, some faceless, mellow clay blob people mutilate themselves in a stupid but inventive way(this time, with finger lights that burn through clay flesh). They sit down to watch Power Rangers and make a breif Power Rangers joke. Meanwhile, their red fat friend burn out his eyes, and whines to his pals. In other words, it is a Knox cartoon not made by Knox, but is as equally good as Knox...

mark-v12 responds:

Really, as good as knox. So you thought it was funny. When I was done with it I was kinda dissappointed with the quality of the animation and the voices. I appreciate the comment.

Yes You Should, but...

We beg you to not submit it until you are completly done with it.
By the way, please add music to this entry. That brings the scores up. Good Luck next time.

Abuse it for good, never for evil.
