Hand Drawn Animation and Morphing Figures.

We got some great abstract artwork in here. Framerate is very fluid, and figures seem to pass through many transformations and smooth juxtopositions. This kind of technique is similar to to the animations in the Pink Floyd movie, "The Wall". Very fabulous abstractions by the way. I can't seem to decide what figure amuses me more, the faucet man grave? Or is it the fusing face of the alien businessman?

Mighty Fine Actionscripting.

I think what you have here is the proto-type for the hardest hardcore boss-battle. So much colorful fire-works here. Those particle sprites look so small, but they let loose powerful supernovas of raver-esque proportions. If this was in an actual side-scrolling action platformer, I would not even last a second. In other words, if I was Mega Man, I would be oiling my spandex at site of these firey neon faeries.

Sorta Like Mr. Fox.

The author did swell job replicating early animation in this film. From character design, to music, to graphics, this film looks, feels, and sounds like a silent-era cartoon of the likes of Steamboat Willie.

Pretty Cool.

You know what would be pretty neat? I f that dot fly bit someone, and that someone turned into a roto-scoped zombie person due to the bite. Then it be cool if that person spent the rest of the movie accidently infecting others with his roto-scope illness in the search for a cure to his condition. Anyway, I like how that dot buzzes around the people, and how the people interact with it. Overall, great fx!

umm... no... thanks for the idea but its a bit crazy...

Great Work! As Good as NG's Favorite Clay Artist!

In summary, some faceless, mellow clay blob people mutilate themselves in a stupid but inventive way(this time, with finger lights that burn through clay flesh). They sit down to watch Power Rangers and make a breif Power Rangers joke. Meanwhile, their red fat friend burn out his eyes, and whines to his pals. In other words, it is a Knox cartoon not made by Knox, but is as equally good as Knox...

mark-v12 responds:

Really, as good as knox. So you thought it was funny. When I was done with it I was kinda dissappointed with the quality of the animation and the voices. I appreciate the comment.

Yes You Should, but...

We beg you to not submit it until you are completly done with it.
By the way, please add music to this entry. That brings the scores up. Good Luck next time.

Fantasic Showdown Between Housekeeper and Insect.

The way these characters move is beyond typical flash movie fare. This is the kind of animation I'd like to use to breathe life into my own characters. It rivals animation on TV today. It starts with a glare between the combatants, followed by frantic swatting and dodging, to scene where the lass tries to smoosh the unwanted hexopede with a kleenex. It all boils down to a sudden climax leaded with an orchaestral track fitting for any form of masterpiece. When it comes to Americanized Anime, I find most to be forms of unoriginal crud. I feel with personal a dilema with this entry for I have a fond liking of this film. Your style is very authentic when compared to mainstream japanese cartoons, and your animation beats the generic mold, and yet, its so much better then some recent "real" animes. I congratulate you on a job well done. Please sir, I ask for tips in hand drawn animation.

You Are Taking This Series In a Wrong Direction.

I recently found out you have a whole series of these 666 entries. They are all similar since most are a still picture with a couple animations with a fuzzy picture as if it was viewed through a camera lens. All of these entries have a dark and mysterious feel to them. I must say that I appreciate all the music and artwork in these movies. I think they are very good. However, still pictures are not welcomed at NG that much. So having one entry after one entry gets you little appreciation. What I think you should do is make an art gallery flash with all the 666 entries. There would be a menu with buttons and each button will take you to a different picture. The buttons would be in chronological order of course. Then again, it could take up a lot of file space, so it would be wise to learn tricks in reducing file size or just include a couple pictures in each gallery just so it stays at the required/recommended file size. Also next to each picture you should have the comments you posted on each entry, some are really interesting, like the 666ApocolypticSupremacy comment.
P.S. Speaking of liking thunderstorms, I wonder if you are into or inspired by that New Age Star Child stuff.

Sir-CannabisClock responds:

dunno what new age star child is XD

thanks muchly for the input, I do have plans to go beyond these silly little still frames :D

It Looks Neato But Alas, Tis Only a Simple Loop.

You should put something like this in a real full length flash movie, and put it to good use. One Idea is to have a bunch of characters running around and battling each other on the orbiting matter.

Abuse it for good, never for evil.
